About Nick Ruddell

Nick's journey in the property industry commenced in September 2019, when he enrolled at Oxford Brookes University to pursue a degree in Real Estate Management. Upon graduating in 2022, he was keen to further his professional development by aiming to become a chartered surveyor (MRICS). Nick is currently in the process of achieving this objective by undertaking his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), with the aspiration to sit in 2024/2025. At present, Nick is employed as a Graduate Surveyor at Dalcour Maclaren, where he specialises in the transport and infrastructure sector. Nick's primary focus is on Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) and Development Consent Orders (DCO).
