Over recent months, colleagues and I have been working on our latest piece of research analysing artificial intelligence use cases for the real estate sector's environmental transition. What becomes clear at the outset is that there are, and have been, a large number of them. This goes back much further than the hype cycle we have seen play out since the public launch of ChatGPT on 30 November 2023.
