About Richard Auterac

Richard is Chairman of the commercial property auction house, Acuitus, and probably the best-known auctioneer and commentator on the UK commercial property auction and private investor markets. He has overseen the sale of more than £6bn of individual property assets, and has more than 30 years’ real estate advisory experience. Acuitus sells around £250m of assets at auction each year and its client base includes major financial institutions, property companies, and local public authorities. Prior to founding Acuitus 2010, he led the auction team at JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms.
